Cancelling
A subscription can only be canceled where it was bought. Sent to the wrong storefront, people find no subscription, assume they've canceled, and discover otherwise on the next statement — so check which one took the payment.
On the web, or from the desktop plugin
That's Stripe. Open the billing portal, enter the email you paid with, and Stripe emails you a link.
On an iPhone or iPad
Apple bills that one, and only Apple can change it: Manage subscriptions in the App Store.
On an Android phone or tablet
Google bills that one: Manage subscriptions in Google Play.
Stuck?
