Delete your ManifesTone account

On iPhone or iPad

Open Settings inside the app and choose Delete account. It asks once to be sure, and then it is done immediately.

On Android, the desktop plugin, or if you can't sign in

Email support@bigsoft.gg from the address your account uses, with delete my account as the subject. We do it by hand and reply when it is finished — normally within a couple of days, and always within 30.

It has to come from the account's own address. That is the only proof we have that the request is yours, and deleting somebody else's library on the strength of an email would be worse than making you send it from the right place.

What gets deleted

All of it, right away, and none of it recoverable:

your account and the email address on it
every rig in your library
every guitar in your arsenal, and every photograph you uploaded of one
your build allowance and any build credits you had left
the record linking your account to TONE3000
the internal index rows that made your account findable by email, by TONE3000 id, or by a past purchase

There is no grace period and no archive. We cannot restore an account after this, so if you have rigs worth keeping, write down what is in them first.

What we cannot delete

Payment records. If you subscribed or bought build packs, the record of that payment belongs to whoever took the money — Apple, Google, or Stripe — not to us. Tax law requires those to exist and we have no way to remove them. They are covered by those companies' own privacy policies. Deleting your ManifesTone account does not cancel a subscription: cancel that where you bought it, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.

Captures on TONE3000. Your TONE3000 account is your own and lives with them. We only ever held a link to it, and that link is what we delete.

Deleting some of your data, without closing your account

You do not have to close the account to clear it out. Rigs and guitars can each be deleted on their own inside the app, and deleting a guitar removes its photograph too.

You can also just ask. Email support@bigsoft.gg from the address on your account and tell us what you want gone — a single photograph, your whole rig library, every guitar you have filed — and we will remove it and leave the account itself alone. Same timescale as a full deletion: usually a couple of days, always within 30.
