What it is
The rig: @slamminmofo's Marshall 1959HW Plexi "Brown Sound" capture — a cranked handwired Super Lead, which is exactly what Eddie ran (variac'd Plexi, no master volume, gain from the power section) — into @romanrecords' Marshall 1960 4x12 Celestion G12M greenback IR. No drive pedal on purpose: the whole point of the brown sound is one amp turned all the way up, and slamming it with an overdrive would just turn that snarl into hiss.
Effects: a light 330 ms tape-style echo (feedback 0.22, mix 0.16) standing in for his Echoplex, a small room reverb underneath, and a slow MXR Phase 90-ish phaser at just 18% mix so it breathes without swirling the riff. EQ is a gentle mid/upper-mid push with a small 300 Hz cut so the Plexi stays cutting rather than boxy, plus a bit of top-end air.
Your guitar: the Charvel San Dimas is the right call — it's the direct descendant of the Frankenstrat, and the Floyd is essential for the dive-bombs and the pre-chorus flutter. Bridge humbucker, full-humbucker (not split), volume at 10, tone rolled back to about 8 to take the edge off the ceramic bite. Nail the clean-ish break before the last verse by rolling your volume knob to ~4 instead of switching pickups — that's how he did it.
